Contrary to popular belief, Martial Arts does not condone violence. From day one we teach children how and more importantly, when to use the art of self-defense.
We work with our students to help them overcome challenges by setting positive goals and practicing positivity from within. Confidence and leadership is a natural byproduct.
For more programs, there are 2 to 6 available classes throughout the week.
Absolutely! We have found that students who train along with family members and or friends, progress at a faster pace. Usually training as a family increases commitment as well.
