our motto
STAND STRONG

Martial Arts requires a strong stance in order to move, defend, and attack. At BMA we stand strong behind our quality and diversity. We also know that standing strong applies beyond Martial Arts. In tough times, Stand Strong. In celebration, Stand Strong. Always Stand Strong.

what our members say

testimonials

I have heard about Boon Martial Arts for years but finally decided to sign up my boys for classes. I cannot say enough great things - the way they nurture and inspire them to work hard and believe in themselves has been more than we could have asked for. My boys are growing in strength, discipline, motivation, and confidence each day. They have also started to use their manners and speak to adults with confidence!! A win for everyone!

Q & A

If my child takes Martial Arts, will it make her/him more violent?

Contrary to popular belief, Martial Arts does not condone violence. From day one we teach children how and more importantly, when to use the art of self-defense.

How does Martial Arts teach self esteem?

We work with our students to help them overcome challenges by setting positive goals and practicing positivity from within. Confidence and leadership is a natural byproduct.

How many classes do your programs consist of?

For more programs, there are 2 to 6 available classes throughout the week.

Can we do this as a family?

Absolutely! We have found that students who train along with family members and or friends, progress at a faster pace. Usually training as a family increases commitment as well.
